Yet Another Really Fast Week

...and it is March 6, and there is SNOW in the forecast?! For PORTLAND? That's nutty. Be careful if you are going in for an MRI and they want to shoot dye into you - my friend just spent 3 horrible days, and $150 at the naturopath, seeking treatments for the reaction to the dye. Hives, fever, swollen everywhere, leading to stiff joints. This was iodine. Well, we two are working at buying a house, and selling the ones we each own. What a major ordeal that is! I have to get out of mine soon, unless I find a job - or MAYBE there'll be some bailout money for me to refinance my loan, and get the payments a little lower? We'll see. Working to get my computer upgraded with more memory and a larger hard drive, rather than buy a new one. Ordered memory from Memory Suppliers - was salivating waiting for it - got it! Wrong speed! Dang it!!! I talked to them on the on-line chat - they assured me it was the right kind. So...another memory company on-line, ordered that - much cheaper -- PC100, not PC133 - so....now I am waiting again - I expect Tuesday, probably. Could be Saturday.

Then, met with Chris who is part owner of a consulting firm in town, we are going to chat again as to what I might help them out with. He will set me up with his engagement manager. I plan to talk with Molly, also part owner about the career thing - she and I chatted briefly while I was waiting for Chris.

I was a little freaked out about that side effect mentioned above, went over and helped with dog walking and general support hope you feel better what can I do for you stuff...so now I feel a lot better.

Spent almost the whole day at this computer -- happens every now and then. Trying to get emails cleaned up and cleaned off, so the backup will be easier, and the restore faster - it's needed it for a very long time.

Down to the last $400, so it looks like I'll be taking out another loan to myself from the LOC - not the best strategy, but better than foreclosure. A job will manifest, just when I least expect it. Tomorrow I must at least get the pup out for a little walking.
